Waitlist + Kit.com Integration Guide

Create a waitlist form, copy the form action URL, connect it on your website, and sync it to a specific Kit audience.

Setup time: 10-15 minutes
Difficulty: Easy
Compatible with: kit.com

This is the actual setup flow inside MyFormCapture: create your waitlist form, get the form action URL from the dashboard, connect your website form to that URL, then connect kit.com, and map this waitlist form to a specific audience.

Step 1: Create the waitlist form in the dashboard

  1. Go to your dashboard and open Forms.
  2. Click Create Form.
  3. Choose Blank Form or Waitlist template.
  4. Name it (example: Waitlist Form with Kit), then save.

Step 2: Copy the Form Action URL from your form page

  1. Open your waitlist form in dashboard.
  2. Find Form Action URL in the form details panel.
  3. Click Copy url.

It will look like:

https://myformconnect.io/f/YOUR_FORM_ID

Step 3: Connect your website waitlist form to this action URL

  1. Open your website waitlist page code (or page builder form settings).
  2. Set form action to the copied Form Action URL.
  3. Publish the page and submit one test entry.

Step 4: Connect your Kit.com account from the Integrations tab

  1. In the dashboard, open Integrations.
  2. Select Kit and connect your account.
  3. Complete authorization flow.

Step 5: Return to your waitlist form and connect to a specific Kit audience

  1. Go back to your waitlist form page.
  2. Open the Integrations section in the form.
  3. Under Kit (ConvertKit), choose the target Kit Form/Audience.
  4. Save configuration.

Step 6: Field mapping for Kit

Fields are auto-mapped by default. You can change mapping from the form's Kit configuration section.

Step 7: Test end-to-end

  1. Submit from your live website waitlist form.
  2. Confirm automation in Kit triggers as expected.
